Pricing & Currency

All prices shown on the platform are often converted from various base currencies for your convenience. These converted amounts are approximate estimates based on current market exchange rates, which fluctuate. We are not responsible for minor discrepancies caused by market rate changes or the timing of rate updates. The binding price for any transaction is the original base currency amount stored on our system.

For tutoring services: The hourly fee listed on a tutor's profile is the tutor's own set rate. The final price and payment arrangement for tutoring sessions are to be discussed and agreed upon directly between you and the tutor or student. The platform is not a party to those arrangements.

For credit packages and course enrollments: The final price is the amount shown at checkout at the time of purchase. Converted values are estimates; the binding transaction is processed in the original base currency.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept that all purchases and credits are final.

Service Overview

EduTaq connects students and tutors for personalized learning. We provide tools for search, scheduling, messaging, and course listings. We do not guarantee outcomes or results.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and for all activity performed under your account.

Verification

Tutor verification is handled by the platform and may take up to 2 business days. Verified status may be revoked for policy violations.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or applicable laws.

Account Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account at any time via our Account Deletion page. Deletion is irreversible.

Credit balance and purchased packages: Any unused credits, active course enrollments, or other in-app purchases in your account at the time of deletion will be permanently forfeited. No refunds will be issued for credits, packages, or purchases lost due to account deletion, as all payments are non-refundable under our refund policy. You are encouraged to use any remaining credits before initiating deletion.

Upon deletion, all personal data, messages, profile information, and account history are permanently erased from our systems with no retained backups.
